Provide personal care, daily living assistance, and community participation support to male NDIS participants.
Deliver respectful, person-centred daily living and community access supports to female NDIS participants.
Provide clinical nursing supports including medication management, wound care, and health monitoring for NDIS participants in their homes.
Support registered nurses in delivering clinical care to NDIS participants, including medication administration and health assessments.
Coordinate participant care plans, manage rosters, liaise with families and allied health professionals, and ensure quality service delivery.
